Ludisphere is a digital publication. There's nothing to ship, no parcel to track, and no delivery address to give us — everything arrives online. This page is here so you know exactly what to expect and when.
How your pass reaches you
When you request an Insider pass, we email a secure payment link, usually the same working day and always within one. The moment your payment clears, we send a second email with your login and a link straight into the member archive. From then on you read on any device by signing in — no download, no install.
Timing
Payment links go out during our working hours, Monday to Friday, Central European Time. Request a pass over the weekend and it lands first thing Monday. Activation after payment is near-instant; if it hasn't opened within an hour, it's almost always an email that went astray rather than a problem with your pass.
The weekly briefing
The Monday Briefing is delivered by email to the address on your account every week of the year, barring the rare public holiday when we tell you in advance. Member long-reads appear in the archive as they publish, and you'll see them highlighted in the briefing.
The free Friday note
If you took the free edition instead of a pass, it arrives by email on Fridays. Same idea, lighter — one story, one link, no login needed.
If nothing arrives
Digital delivery mostly fails for one reason: an over-eager spam filter. Check that folder, add [email protected] to your contacts, and if it's still missing, write to us and we'll resend by hand and confirm you're on the list.
