By reading Ludisphere or holding an Insider pass you agree to these terms. They're written plainly on purpose; if anything is unclear, ask us before you sign up rather than after.
Reading the site
The free part of Ludisphere is open to anyone. You may read it, share links to it and quote short passages with credit and a link. You may not republish whole articles, scrape the site wholesale, or pass our work off as your own. Our writing, layout and typographic marks are ours.
The Insider pass
An Insider pass is a personal, annual licence to read member-only material and receive the briefing. It's for one reader — please don't share your login or forward member long-reads in full. We'd rather grow through people who value the work than police it, but repeated sharing may end a pass without a refund of the remaining term.
Ordering and payment
The order form starts a request; it doesn't take payment. We email a secure link, and your pass begins once payment clears. Prices are shown in złoty and may change for future terms, but never mid-term for a pass you already hold.
Conduct
When you write to us or comment in a members' thread, keep it civil and lawful. We may remove content or close an account over harassment, spam, or attempts to break the site. Sources and reporters get treated with respect here — that's non-negotiable.
Our reporting
We stand behind what we publish and correct it openly when we get something wrong. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or investment advice; it's journalism about an industry. Decisions you make off the back of our reporting are your own.
Changes
We may update these terms as the publication grows. Material changes get flagged on this page with a fresh date. Keep reading after a change and you accept the new version. Questions go to [email protected].
